XINCOM will not warrant any product that receives physical damage resulting from negligence in product handling, improper storage conditions (conditions stated in product data sheet); weather or physical anomalies such as lightning, tornados, hurricanes, tsunamis, flooding, land slides, or earthquakes; or damage caused by or related to electrical fluctuations in your local power grid.
If and when a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued by XINCOM directly or by an authorized XINCOM Reseller, E-Tailer, or Retailer, the warranty continues from the original date of purchase. Warranties do not start over with an RMA replacement unit.
